Using Thermography in Building Science allows the evaluation of a structure and the performance of the components of that structure. Infrared Thermal Imaging can provide accurate and detailed information not visible to the human eye. This Infrared technology reveals what we cannot see by measuring the temperature variances of a viewed object in relation to its surroundings.
nfrared thermography can identify exact areas of moisture intrusion so they can be repaired or replaced with a minimum expenditure of time and money. Instead
of replacing the whole wall, ceiling or floor, monies are saved by only replacing the areas damaged or needing
repair.
Thermal imaging can trace the moisture to it's suspected source using the temperature differences projected by
the object.
